Storm Cleanup

Eric’s Tree Service is wonderful. Eric came and gave me a fair estimate in the middle of the chaos after Winter Storm Alfred. They arrived early on the scheduled day and within 48 hours completed an immense amount of work. His staff are friendly, efficient, and very professional. Hazardous Tree Removal

Eric,
I want to thank you very much for the service you and your crew performed of removing 2 large trees from my property in Marlborough. This was a hazardous removal due to the largest tree being in a corner near the CL&P power lines and the service wire to my house. I was on site during the entire removal and the crew took down the whole tree with no branches contacting the wire at any time. The other tree was very close to my house and was taken down with no incidents. In addition, the crew arrived on time each day and performed a full day’s work as estimated. The crew was constantly cleaning up all debris as they progressed through the job and left my home and property in the same condition as when the job started. I would highly recommend Eric’s Tree Service and will call again when I need additional trees removed. – Mr.G

Emergency Tree Removal

I am writing to endorse Eric’s Tree Service on behalf of myself and my family. Unfortunately, we had two trees fall on either side of our house, during the freak October storm of 2011. One tree fell on a car in my driveway, obstructing our exit from the entire front of the house. This was a difficult situation, as I needed to get to work that morning. I called Eric’s Tree Service and his wife answered the phone. She assured me that Eric would be out that morning to help get us out of the house. This was on a day when I am sure, Eric received hundreds of calls for his services. True to her word Eric arrived that morning and promptly removed a hundred foot tree from my driveway and the unfortunate car. He also removed another large tree from our deck later that week.
Eric’s crew was knowledgeable, efficient and highly professional. They completed the work on time and for the amount specified. In addition, they left our property in immaculate condition.The most unique aspect of Eric’s Tree Service is that it is a family run and operated business. Eric and his wife, Genoveva, really cared about our plight, and the plight of other people, during that difficult week. Genoveva even went so far as to see if our family required any food or water and offered to deliver it to our house. This business clearly stands out as a diamond in the rough of big impersonal businesses of which I am very familiar. They care about their customers and provide a level of service that is lost in today’s world.
