Due to the location and size of the trees, Eric suggested that the work be done while the ground was still frozen and there was still six inches of hard snow on the ground to protect the lawn.  His crew of three showed up on time and worked as a well coordinated team to remove the trees and debris, leaving the trunk of one for our clothes line.  They took all precautions to protect our and our neighbors yard by placing heavy plywood planks on the snow covered lawn for their equipment to travel over.  They also did not use a boom truck, but had a climber who was amazing to watch as he planned his every move up in the trees and worked with his teammates on the ground to safely drop or lower the heavy branches he cut.  When they were done the snow was raked and all debris was removed.

Unfortunately, after the snow and ice melted, debris that was hidden underneath the snow as well as some damage to our neighbors lawn was uncovered.  We called Eric and after the ground dried up his crew came back to rake the yard again as well as repair the damage done to the lawn.

To us, the mark of a good contractor is not what he says he will do, or how low his price is, it’s that he stands by his work and addresses issues that crop up to ensure the customer received the service and quality of work they expected.

We are very satisfied with the work performed.

All the workers were efficient and provided great care to my lawn!  I would use Eric’s service over and over and will definitely refer him to friends.
