Eric’s work started with a visit to our house.  We wanted to cut down some trees so we could have a lawn.  His first order of business was to show us some trees that could potentially damage our house if they fell.  After several monster storms in this area, safety is a priority.  Once he outlined that work, he helped us decide which trees to eliminate to provide enough sunlight for a good lawn.  He gave us a quote for the safety part and for the landscape part.  When we hired him to do the job, he gave us a start and end date.  We hired him to cut down 19 trees (some of them dangerously close to the house) and to limb up 4 other trees.  The contract included him taking all of the wood and chips and clean up.

Eric and his crew (and lots of equipment) arrived on the agreed date.  The work was finished on the agreed date.  We were very pleased with the professionalism and care shown during the job.  Everything was done to protect the yard as much as possible.  The ground was frozen most of the time, but when it wasn’t, they put plank “paths” for the trucks to drive on and not sink in the dirt. The areas that were unavoidably affected were raked out.  Clean up even included blowing the wood chips off of the street.  The price was reasonable for the amount of work performed.  We have recommended Eric’s Tree Service to our friends and we are happy to provide a review.  We have more work to do in our yard and will consider hiring Eric’s company again in the continuation process as we figure out just what it is we want to do.
